One of my services which is open to men and women is Sound Healing under the name Soundcalm, I offer one to one sessions as well as group sessions held in a beautiful yurt in the south downs countryside.
My group sessions include a guided relaxation then surrounded by a large range of beautiful sounds followed by
warm drinks and homemade cakes.
I also offer pregnancy relaxation with sound sessions that include the same as above but with some birthing
tools suitable for all kinds of birth.
