Miska Zimanova
Miska Zimanova  is an advanced yoga teacher and an owner of YogaGenie (www.yogagenie.co.uk), serving Sutton and Belmont communities. Miska has studied Vinyasa Flow yoga and classic Hatha yoga , including a wealth of diverse yogic disciplines.

She is a keen amateur musician, enjoying playing flute and drumming. Sound is of the highest importance in her yoga classes and she uses carefully selected healing sound/music/harmonies to complement and support her students’ yoga experience. Celebration of creativity, chanting, mantra and drumbeat play an important part of Miska’s yoga retreats. 

Her classes are creative and varied, with emphasis on correct alignment, personal expression, natural meditation and sound. Miska’s experience and expertise has served people with varying levels of fitness and requirements. Apart from teaching regular classes, she also works with individuals, delivering therapeutic sessions and leading highly experiential and self exploratory yoga retreats.
