So what happens at the sound temple online?
Well, it’s all about finding the natural inbuilt resonance of our expression, of the way we speak. Experiencing what holds us back, releasing that, feeling what’s it like to express with intimacy, what it’s like to actually connect to our bodies and express and even to sing.
It is always a place where you can express without the judgement from others and even explore not judging yourself.
That is an interesting point isn’t it! We know all about judgement from others, but are we aware that we can be our harshest critic? And this has a powerful influence on the way we express both in the workplace and in the home.
You see it is possible to stay in connection with your body which actually resonates with your voice… Therefore the resonator, and when we do this there is a congruency in our expression… in other words the expression happens at the same time as we are impulsed to express. So, what does that mean?
Well it means we are not analysing what to say in anticipation of recognition or even judgement as we discussed before. It means that we are feeling that we can truly know what to say without thinking it through. And so, what this means is that there is an innate intelligence within us that, when tuned into, is able to express in a fluid flowing expression of us, ourselves.
And that’s the sound temple ...which is as you guessed it, is us.??
