“Zoom Chant” is a special opportunity to explore the power of chant and mantra to unlock the true resonance of the voice. Chanting has the potential to relax the mind, bring inner peace and release blocked emotions, connecting us to something much bigger than ourselves and empowering us to express who we truly are as well as connecting us more deeply with our hearts, bringing great inner peace, freedom, and balance.No vocal experience required. Deeply restorative Sacred Sound Journey Evenings with the Gongs and healing sound instruments, helping bring you back into a sense of harmony.

A Sacred Sound Journey is an hour of deep relaxation, lying down in Yoga Nidra, whilst bathing in the healing vibrations of healing instruments.

Sound Therapists, Edwin and Harshani create a safe healing space whilst taking you on a journey through the sounds of these different healing instruments:~ Earth Gong, Universal Symphonic Gong, Water Gong and Chinese wind gong various tibetan singing bowls shamanic drumming and rattles Rain stick Ocean Drum Handpan Koshi bells and Sansulas.

The Sacred Sound is 7pm - 8pm and then we allow an additional 15 minutes for grounding and breathing practices before you leave relaxed, refreshed and restored.
