With 10-years experience in personal stress relief research, practice and group facilitation, Brett realized his passion - to share the tools that resolve stress. He has facilitated groups in corporations, schools, hospitals, and nonprofit organizations. He has received training from the Himalayan Institute and a Shaolin Grand Master. Brett is also a member of the Golden Key and PSI CHI national honor societies.
