Arlene Dunkley-Wood has been a yoga teacher for the past 3 decades, specialising in pregnancy and birth and also adult health.

She is a Holistic Practitioner who also offers Craniosacral Therapy, Mizan Massage for Female Reproductive Health, and Therapeutic Massage. She has always been interested in sound and vibration.

During the pandemic she decide to do the training with MCOSH and now offers Sound Baths/Journeys, using crystal bowls, himalayan bowls and gongs with Yoga Nidra in East and North East London.
