Pat & Sheena invite you into a space of community, ritual and ceremony that will include an interactive introduction to using sound for self-healing. The morning will include, drums and singing bowls. The afternoon is dedicated to the gongs and a celebratory equinox Puja, during which you will have the opportunity to play, or just enjoy.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
