Beginning with guidance and inspiration from the light of the rising sun in the east, we will journey round the medicine wheel through the seasons and elements, exploring our thoughts, emotions, our connection to the Earth and our bodies, experiencing sound healing tools to remove anything that keeps us from a peaceful mind and deeper connection to Spirit. We then move into a more metaphysical realm where we engage with the divine feminine, the divine masculine and ourselves as divine children of the cosmos. Finally, we will explore our unique individual gifts as a giveaway to benefit the world, and for the future of humanity - the evolution of consciousness.
The course consists of 8x3 hour live sessions on zoom, all recorded and available via private link only for up to a year after the course. It includes a full colour manual with over 100 pages of information, class notes, exercises and images in support of the ongoing learning. It is accredited and certified for CPD by the Complimentary Medical Association.
