Come and join our FULL MOON GONG PUJA, a special all-night long GONG BATH CEREMONY with many gongs and other carefully selected sacred and shamanic instruments at the intimate space of the Emmanuel Community Hall in Leyton.
I?t will be a very special night, a sleepover like no other!
During the puja ceremony, you will be guided by 4 practitioners. We will help you to open doors to different stages of sleep, dream, and meditation. We will play gongs and other highly vibrational instruments continuously all night to help you with relaxation, regeneration, and deep healing, keeping the sounds at a gentle meditative level.
All- night long gong bath experiences are known to promote a deep sense of peace and wellbeing, clearing off blockages, and allowing transformation on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, while the full moon calls us to release negative or stagnant energy. It is a time of releasing and letting go of all that no longer serves us, in order to welcome in the new.
