Join us for a blissful relaxation and sound journey experience.
At Suzie K, Bridge Street, Chester

During this session, we will combine gongs and other supporting sound instruments to induce deep meditation and relaxation.
Sound Journey Meditation incorporates the use of sound which assists meditation and relaxation, which helps to improve sleep, reduce anxiety and improve overall wellness.
No Experience Required, all ages welcome, under 16's accompanied by a responsible adult.
Two therapy couches and chairs available if you'd prefer not to lie on a yoga mat.
Please wear comfortable loose clothing.

Please bring your own - Water/ Blanket / Sleeping bag / Yoga Mats (whatever you need to make you feel comfortable)
