A concert of celestial sounds to soothe the heart and stir the soul, with Bea Martin and David Johnson (Bards of Avalon, Bristol), Petra Jean Philipson (A Sound Space, Brighton) and Matthew Nicholas Hopwood ('A Human Love Story').
I am so happy to be joining with my favourite brothers and sisters in sacred sound, for this very special final event under the name Avebury Heart Centre.
Winter Solstice is symbolic of the return of the light, and at this still point of the year, we join together in sound to offer space for togetherness and unity in times of great change. Our voices will be joined by harmonium, gold and platinum singing bowls, piano, drum and Paiste planet gongs for a unique sound experience. Together we will honour all that is passed, and align with the best of what is yet to come.
Please come and sing with us, or just bathe in the healing sounds. Wherever you are in your journey, you are so very warmly welcome here.
The event will be held at the Avebury Sports and Social Club, on the main road through Avebury, and (limited) parking is available at the venue.
Admission is £12 / £6 concessions, hot drinks, chocolates, and homemade cake will be on offer in the intermission to nourish body and soul ;-) . We hope to see you there! ?
