Imagine escaping the winter to a virgin beach and stunning sunsets in the unspoilt area of Talpona in South Goa. Combine that with your love for sound and frequencies, morning yoga, an Indian cooking class and a boat trip with dolphins. This week retreat has been carefully recced and selected by Andy & Anna, who run the beautiful retreat space ‘Peopletree Mallorca’ in Spain outside of the winter months.
Your home for the week will be at The Peace Garden in charming beach huts. Delicious food will be prepared by Tibetan and Indian chefs.
Other activities will include the basics of how to play The Gong, learn to play and make A Didgeridoo. Understand the science behind mantras and their power of shifting patterns of thought. Understand the science behind frequencies and the effect on our daily lives.
Activities are optional and there will be down time during the day to enjoy the beach / local area and connect with like minded people.
All the above is included plus a large brunch and dinner, fruit, teas and waters. We don’t want you to go hungry, so more food can be requested.
