We are delighted to invite you to our 90min Transformation Gong Bath.
The Sound of Gongs and Singing Bowls open the gates to Love so you can meet with all the things you create around yourself and realized how great the power is to create happiness in your life.
The Vibrations will wash over you unblocking, cleansing and freeing you from the stresses and strains of everyday life.
The Gong Bath can help you to remove emotional aspects out of the body, creating empty space to fill it with love and tranquility. The Gong Bath is well known to ease pain, anxiety, depression and chronic fatigue.
The Sound and Vibration of the Gongs will:

1st floor, no lift. Free car park.
WHAT TO BRING:
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a warm blanket to keep cozy, pillow, yoga mat and 2 bottles of water. You are welcome to bring your crystals to cleanse and energize them during the gong bath.
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early. Late-comers will not be allowed in once the event is underway.

The option to Pay on the Door will require an additional admin fee of £5 and will be possible if there are any free places available only.
