Gong baths are fantastic experiences which allow you to enter a state of deep relaxation as you are taken on a journey of healing sound. Earthtones gong baths include peaceful mantra, gongs, Himalayan bowls, koshi chimes, rainsticks and ocean drums, as well as other therapeutic percussion instruments. Our family gong baths are a little more relaxed, allowing for children to experience a gong bath, but knowing that they may not always manage to lie still throughout the experience. After the gong bath, there's a chance for the children to examine and play the instruments.
