Every first Monday of the Month I give a gong bath in the 'Waiting Room' at CUFOS: a building which used to be a railway station behind Alexandra Palace, now in use for the community's workshops, meetings, parties, rehearsals, yoga etc.
Be there at 7.45pm to find your space, no admittance after 8pm. Payment at the door.
You can reserve an air mattress + pillow + blanket + eye-mask by emailing Satu soundintent@gmail.com
It's also fine to bring your own mat etc.
