KIRTAN is the practice of devotional chanting that has it's origins in 6th Century India. Each chant is in Sanskrit and is infused with Shakti (Divine energy). It has the potential to give us a profound opportunity to connect more deeply with ourselves through the vibration of our own voice, to release blocked emotions, open the heart, bring us into alignment and most importantly to realise our true nature.
Kirtan is open to all and no vocal experience is needed.
