This workshop is designed for anyone who would like to learn more about singing bowls and their therapeutic qualities. This workshop will suit anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of singing bowls. Although this is not an accredited course it can serve as great CPD for health and therapy practitioners.
What to bring:
Don't worry if you don't own a bowl but bring one along if you have one! We will provide yoga mats but you may wish to bring additional items for greater comfort as required.
