This unique retreat is inspired by Chloe’s lifelong experience with sound and voice as a contemplative and reflective experience. Enjoy exploring a range of sound skills for self-inquiry, conscious movement, and the healing medicine of dynamic silence. You will take away a direct experience of your own unique sound, and its power to connect you with your own ‘non-dual’ identity or Oneness.
Chloe Goodchild is an international singer, voice pioneer, sound visionary and author. Her long experience of meditation will guide you into the dynamic language of silence. The practice of Shintaido is included, embodying the healing arts, movement and sound.
