A rare opportunity to meet Tom and Abby of Tone of Life, Sound Medicine and Movement Practitioners, Teachers and CoCreators, with Johannes Heimrath of Sona Sound, of a range of handcrafted silver nickel gongs and other beautiful sound accessories.
The workshop is ideally suited to gong players who want to experience and even try out Tone of Life gongs , and to Sound therapists and keen beginners.
The session begins with a Sacred Sound Ceremony designed by Tom and Abby to bring you to a place of non-judgement, love and mindful awareness of yourself in the Eternal Now within the Gong space.
As you remember who you are, you will reconnect with your own self-regulating systems and the guidance of your Higher Self through the wise and powerful counsel of the gongs and other sound instruments. For more info on Sacred Sound Ceremony follow this link
Then Tom and Abby will give a talk about their personal journeys with Sound Medicine and the creation of the Tone of Life range, and there will be a chance for a Q and A session and to try some of the gongs, and see for yourself the range of accessories and sound tools, and hear about up and coming training events and retreats.
Herbal teas will be provided, and also yoga mats and blankets for the lying on during the Sacred Sound Ceremony.
Please arrive for 3.15pm for a 3.30pm start. Parking is available at the adjacent pay and display car park.
