In August 2016, Carmen came to record with Craig Pruess at his Heaven on
Earth Music recording studios for the first time. In a remarkable day of
recording, the whole of the album was recorded, vocals laid down in the
complete order that was to be the final album. Many people might have
different feelings about the word "channeled" (as one could consider all
great music to be "channeled"), but the underpinning of this particular
recording was the lifetime connection that Carmen has had with the White
Lion Beings. This energetic influence helped shape the recording, creating
some extraordinary vocal sounds.
Craig is known globally for his "Sacred Chants of....." recordings ("Sacred
Chants of Shiva", "Sacred Chants of Shakti", "Sacred Chants of Buddha",
"108 Sacred Names of Mother Divine" - "Devi Prayer", as used by Tony
Robbins and other leaders in the human development movement) and was
particularly stunned by this one day's vocal output. The three pieces were
simply called "Transmission 1", "Transmission 2" and "Transmission 3".
The sounds and words were made spontaneously in the moment, and it was
only later, during the mixing and balancing process that words were checked
and meanings discovered (or "re-intuited"). Such received and spontaneous
sung and spoken wordings have been recently coined as "Light Language".
Many consider Light Language to be our cosmic connection with the stars,
the re-awakening of our galactic memories — our heritage as spiritual
human beings. In many different dimensions, ascended masters and beings
of light work for the upliftment and enlightenment of humanity. There are
those here on Earth that are sensitive enough to receive direct inspiration
from such beings, and express the sounds and energies of those realms of
On this recording, the vocals and soundscapes are all pitched to A = 432 Hz,
feauturing largley acoustic instruments like crystal bowls, prayer bells,
swaramamdala (Indian zither), tampura (Indian stringed drone instrument),
rubbed crystal wine glasses, ethereal vocal loops and low orchestral
percussion (Verdi bass drum).
It is no coincidence that Carmen has had a deep connection with the White
Lion Beings since childhood, and has painted these spiritual entities for
many years. During the recording of these three transmissions, not only were
the White Lion Beings assisting, but the ascended masters St Germain, El
Morya, Quan Yin and Khutumi.
The best way to experience this music is to sit comfortably in a quiet place,
close the eyes and let the sound wash over you. It is not like other music,
and certainly not recommended for playing in the car! This is mainly for the
reason that these recordings are designed to take you on an inward journey, a
powerful vibrational immersion with the destination being a profound
stillpoint at the center of consciousness.

Craig Pruess - professional biography
Craig is one of the few session musicians, conductors and composers active in the UK
music scene who has mastered and synthesized three great musical traditions of the
world: Western classical and contemporary, Indian classical, and African music. His
credits are extensive and show the breadth of his work: he has composed two UK number
one film scores, for “Bend It Like Beckham” and “Bride & Prejudice”, plus art films,
“The Mistress of Spices”, “What’s Cooking?” and “Bhaji on the Beach”. He has scored
one of the most successful independent TV drama series in UK history (“Peak Practice”
for ITV), and arranged and conducted orchestras for Massive Attack, Def Leppard, Bond
and Sir Cliff Richard, including composing the number one UK chart hit single at the
Millennium, “Two Worlds” (the double A side to Sir Cliff’s “The “Millennium Prayer” -
a million seller in the UK).
As a session musician and Indian music consultant, Craig has played sitar on the Manic
Street Preacher’s number one UK album “This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours” (on the track
“Tsunami”). Craig has created the Indian music colors (playing sitar, tambura,
swaramandala - zither) for the Johnny Depp, Tim Burton film “Charlie and the Chocolate
Factory”, the Harry Potter film “The Goblet of Fire”, the Madonna film “The Next Best
Thing”, the Heather Graham film “The Guru”, and most recently “Shoot on Sight” with
Greta Scacchi. Other keyboard and sitar session work has included Elton John, Mike
Oldfield, Katie Melua, Gareth Gates, Selena Jones, Joe Cocker and Japan.
Craig is an accredited yoga/meditation teacher for the international Art of Living
Foundation, and regularly stages music/meditation concerts/experiences internationally.
He has performed for the Dalai Lama, at the WOMAD Festival in the UK, Glastonbury
Festival, and also for Prince Charles (an exclusive and private concert at the Prince’s
home in 2004). His original ground-breaking albums “Sacred Chants of Shiva”, “Sacred
Chants of Buddha” and “The 108 Sacred Names of Mother Divine” are sold in over 80
countries around the globe, with “Sacred Chants of Shiva”, especially, selling many
millions in the Indian subcontinent.
Born and raised in Westchester County, New York, and playing music from a young age,
he attended MIT studying physics and philosophy, and later traveled and became a full
time member of the teaching staff at the East African Conservatoire of Music in Nairobi,

Besides being a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, record producer and seasoned
arranger, Craig is also a sound designer and sound engineer with a great wealth of
experience and technical expertise, which shows in all his unique and crystal clear
recordings. Indian music is a very old and powerful tradition, with intricate knowledge of
the connection between sound/vibration and the human body and emotions. Craig has
also studied Ayur-Veda (the science of perfect health), and his approach to music and
recording is a totally life integrating and life affirming undertaking. Recently, since his
ear is so attuned to higher harmonics, especially the perfect intervals generated by Indian
acoustic instruments, Craig has switched over to recording everything in resonant and
healing frequency pitch of A=432Hz. (this is slightly lower pitch than the international
standard of A=432Hz, which creates a disharmonious effect on the body and emotions.)
This album, "Light Language Attunements" is all recorded and sung in the pitch of A432.
Many sensitive souls and light-worker musicians are now moving towards this frequency
(as originally championed by Verdi and the pre-Bach Baroqie orchestras). For a more
harmonious and peaceful world, many musicians and composers around the world would
like this international tuning standard (currently A=440Hz) to be returned to A432.

"The 108 Sacred Names of Mother Divine - Sacred Chants of Devi" has come to be
considered a landmark recording. Originally released in 2002, it has been embraced and
used by some of the leading figures in the human development movement like Brandon

Day Process"). These spacious Sanskrit chants create a warm, cosmic expansive mood --
